(4) Retirement-Life Coaching
1. Doula Coaching for those at the End of Life
The three stages at the end of life are (1) Shock Phase (2) Stabilization Phase (3) Transition Phase
As an End of Life Doula Consultant, I recognize the importance of planning ahead for a Peaceful Passing.
Advanced Directives: Documents that allow you to plan and make your own end of life wishes known in the event that you are unable to communicate. Advanced Directives consist of
(1) Living Will: Describes your wishes regarding medical care.
(2) Health Care Proxy: Appoint a person to speak your wishes that you have already chosen in your Living Will, if you cannot speak for yourself. They will follow your wishes. You are not asking them to make decisions for you.
Peace of Mind Planner: A holistic approach to cover all five categories of planning for your end of life wishes – Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Financial – to ensure that you have complete peace of mind with how you want to be remembered, celebrated and honored at the end of life.

2. Grief Coaching – Stages of Grief: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance

- Our loved one will always remain in our heart and in our memories.

3. Life After Caregiving Ends
What will this new stage of life be for you? Recognizing your new skills that you honed from your time as a caregiver and how this will leverage your new purpose in life. Growing a deeper understanding of who you are now, your new goals and the commitment to reach them.
4. Retirement – Life Coaching
Retiring in the 21st Century is now giving us longevity of about 25 years in our transition to our third stage of life. Retirement is no longer just a destination. It requires a comprehensive life plan, not just a financial plan. With sufficient planning and practice, we can achieve a healthier, happier and a more purposeful life.
The Four Stages of Life
