I have been working with Carmel for the several months to find caregivers for my father. My father’s needs are complex and so I have specific criteria for caregivers. Carmel has been very diligent in seeking out caregivers and working with me to find the right fit of caregivers. She is quick to respond to emails, txts and phone calls and followups quickly.
